I am a CT Licensed Therapist offering individual, couples and family therapy. 

Over the years I have worked with broad spectrum of clients.  My clinical background includes volunteering as a rape crisis counselor in the ER at Beth Israel Hospital in New York as well as teaching the Parent Education Program in New Haven and Guilford, Connecticut. 

Among my areas of expertise include rebuilding relationships; alleviating anxiety/stress/depression; providing tips for elder care and "sandwich generation" issues; strengthening blended families; and facilitating collaborative parenting in a post divorce world.
