Rate
My fees are $150 for 90 min initial consultation and $130 for a follow up one hour session.

Reduced Fee
Based on income, reduced fee services are available.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  I am a provider with Aetna and Anthem BC/BS only and will file claims on behalf of my clients.  However, if you are with another carrier I will give you a receipt and you will need to file your own claims.  It's important that you check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your behavioral health division within your particular insurance:

• Does my particular plan include mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is my copay?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash or check are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment nor canceled within a 24 hour window, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
